Q :How many types of sounds are available ?
A: We have a library of thousands of sounds which is continually updated, these include animal sounds, seasonal sounds, environmental sounds, and sound effects. And if we don¡¯t have exactly the sound you want, we can record it especially for you, at no extra cost!

Q: Can my sound contain a unique message or jingle ?
A : If you have a message or jingle, you can send it to us or we can record it for you.


Q£ºHow to Supply Custom Sound £¿
A£ºYou can supply us with your custom recording by WA or MP3 file .
Acceptable Media for Custom Sound Data : wav file at 44KHz 16 bit mono , MP3 Files , Compact Disc , Audio Cassette Tape , DAT (Digital Audio Tape)

Q: How to Supply Custom Artwork
A: Artwork Requirements :We appreciate artwork sent electronically. Virtually any art program in either Macintosh or PC format is acceptable. Please be sure to include all fonts.
Acceptable Media : 3.5" Floppy Disk • Zip Disk • CD Rom
Some examples of acceptable programs are:QuarkXPress • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Acrobat

Q:How many seconds does sound unit last ?
A: There is no maximum length for our sound units, they can play for as little or as long as you like.Although we do recommend that your units play for no longer than 20 seconds, as research has shown that the average consumer spends around 8 seconds making their decision about which products to buy.

Q: How long do batteries last on the sound card unit ?
The sound card with watch button battery and can continually play the sound for 1000-1500 times

Q: How long do batteries last on movement actived ,sound making  POS Unit ?
A: This depends on the occurrence of their activation, but on average they last 4-5 months, about the same length as most in-store marketing campaigns.


Q :How long do batteries last on movement actived ,flash LED POS Unit ?
A: This depends on the frequency of their activation, but four to five months would be a good average, about the same timescale as most in-store marketing campaigns. However if you are using a large amount of LEDs in the unit, then we recommend using a larger battery to maintain the same amount of use.

Q: How long do batteries last on continually  ,flash LED POS Unit ?
A: This is subject to the rate of recurrence of their activation, but tow to three months would be a typical average. However replacing batteries is a very simple procedure with all of our units. Nevertheless if you are using a greater amount of LEDs in the unit then we suggest using a larger battery to sustain the same amount of use.

Q: What kinds of batteries do the sound making and flashing LED POS Unit ?
Those using replaceable batteries come fitted with three standard AA batteries per unit. POS units with movement activated Sound Cards are fitted with non-replaceable miniature battery units.

A : RoHS is an EU directive that restricts the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. This means that RoHS compliant products and components have strictly controlled limits on the quantities of materials that could possibly be harmful to you and the environment.

Q: What is ROHS ?
A: RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances and is Directive 2002/95/EC. It originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials used in electrical and electronic products. All applicable electrical products used in the EU since 2006 must pass RoHS compliance.

Q: What hazardous materials are restircted under RoHS ?
A: The substances restricted under RoHS are lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).

Q: Why is RoHS compliance important ?
A: The materials restricted by the RoHS directive are hazardous to the environment and pollute landfills. These materials are also dangerous in terms of occupational exposure during manufacturing and recycling.
